Your hosts Dawn and Tommy extend a warm welcome to all our guests.

This 1950's house is situated in a quiet leafy part of Coleraine, enclosed within a gated corner site with mature garden and patio area, to relax and enjoy the surrounding rural aspect.

The B&B is tastefully furnished with the comfort of our guests in mind, business or pleasure we are ideally suited for couples or the independent traveller.  With a warm welcome on arrival, and a choice of either a Cooked or Continental Breakfast to start your day.

We are within easy walking distance of the town centre, Ulster University or the local marina on the River Bann.

Close to amenities, public transport and an ideal base for touring the Causeway Coastal Route, Ulster Way and many other local attractions to include: Old Bushmills Distillery, Downhill Beach and Mussenden Temple, Giants Causeway or Rathlin Island to name but a few.
